In collaboration with Stoddart & Malone.
The abbey estates encompass an Etruscan settlement situated on the summit of Col di Marzo. The owners, the Gerolamo Gaslini Foundation, and the local government wish to promote heritage awareness and the unique discoveries being revealed at the site. The Abbey itself, with its rare double-tiered cloister, seeks a sympathetic investor to enable it to expand its activities focused on the Benedictine philosophy of "Ascoltare": to listen, not only with one's ears and brain, but also with mind and heart.
